Please be advised of the following notices:
Notice of Public Information Evening - Proposed Development of Brewhouse on
former Smithwicks Brewery site
To help inform this public consultation process, an informal public
information evening will be held in The Maltings, Tilbury Place, Kilkenny
on Tuesday the 17th November 2015 from 4.30 pm -7.30 pm where all the
documentation will be on public display and Council staff will be present
to answer any queries.
Built Heritage Investment Scheme
The fund has been allocated by the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the
Gaeltacht, to provide assistance to owners of protected structures and
buildings which contribute to the character of Architectural Conservation
Areas, in carrying out conservation works. Closing date for applications

Public Consultation on the Local Economic and Community Action Plans
Kilkenny County Council and the County Kilkenny Local Community Development
Committee (LCDC) are preparing a Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP)
for the County. This plan will influence the economic, social and
community development of County Kilkenny until 2021. These actions are
designed to develop and strengthen the local economy, and improve the
well-being and quality of life of people and communities throughout County
Kilkenny. Observations will be received from Friday 6th November up to
